The Indian bamboo flute is one of the oldest musical instruments in India. The Hindu god Krishna is traditionally considered a master of the bansuri or flute. This flute is used by our Baul singers and female singers while singing Baul songs. They are used by many people as a hobby and also used by children, boys and girls. Bansuri is made from a single hollow shaft of bamboo with six or seven finger holes.
