1. 📦Important Note (Unboxing Proof)
When your order is delivered, please follow these steps:
• Record a clear and uninterrupted video while opening the package (unboxing video), ensuring that the package, shipping label, and product are clearly visible throughout the recording.
• Check the product immediately after delivery.
⚠️ This video proof is mandatory for claims related to:
• Damaged product
• Wrong item received
• Missing items
Please ensure that the video is clear, complete, and properly shows the condition of the package and product. Without valid video proof, return, replacement, or refund requests may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The request is made within 15 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Product is returned with original packaging & tags
- Valid proof of purchase (Order ID) is provided

4. Damages & Wrong Items

- We will arrange replacement or refund
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Gift cards
- Used, washed, or damaged items (by customer)

6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items
- For size or preference issues, customers may return and place a new order
7. Refund Policy
