This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read along with them.

At Rahulda (Birbhum Fashion), we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier availability

4. Shipping Charges

We offer standard shipping rates:

  • Up to 1 kg: ₹80 – ₹100
  • 1 kg to 2 kg: ₹160 – ₹200

👉 Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

5. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as:

  • DTDC
  • Delhivery
  • Ecom Express
  • India Post (Speed Post, where applicable)

6. Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship only within India
  • Orders with delivery addresses outside India will be cancelled

7. COD (Cash on Delivery)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes
  • If COD is not available for your area, your order may be cancelled or prepaid option will be required

8. Undeliverable Orders

We are not responsible if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not available at delivery location
  • Invalid contact details

👉 In such cases, reshipping charges will be applicable.

9. Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier issues
  • High order volume

We will inform you in case of significant delays.

10. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive tracking details via SMS / WhatsApp / Email
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link

11. Lost or Damaged Shipment

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Delivered in damaged condition
