📄 Refund & Returns Policy

1. Important Note (Unboxing Proof)

When your order is delivered:

  • Please record a video while opening the package (unboxing video)
  • Check the product immediately after delivery

⚠️ This is required for claims related to:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing items

Without proper proof, return/refund requests may not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The request is made within 15 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Product is returned with original packaging & tags
  • Valid proof of purchase (Order ID) is provided

  • Reason for return

⚠️ Returns without prior request/approval will not be accepted.


4. Damages & Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos
  • We will arrange replacement or refund

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (by customer)
  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items
  • For size or preference issues, customers may return and place a new order

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned item
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your bank or card provider
  • If still not received, contact us

9. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund

10. Important Conditions

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit
  • Refund will only be processed after successful return delivery

11. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit
  • Otherwise, refund will be issued to the original buyer/payment method
