1. Return Policy Duration
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Important Note (Unboxing Proof)
At the time of delivery:
- Please record a video while opening the package (unboxing video)
- Inspect the product carefully
⚠️ This is mandatory for claims related to:
- Damaged items
- Wrong product received
- Missing items
Without proper proof, return requests may not be accepted.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Must have proof of purchase (Order ID)

⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Used or washed products
- Customized or personalized items
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products
- For size or preference issues, you may return the product and place a new order
8. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned product
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 1–2 business days

9. Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund

- If marked as a gift → you may receive store credit
- Otherwise → refund goes to original buyer/payment method
