1. Return Policy Duration

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.


2. Important Note (Unboxing Proof)

At the time of delivery:

  • Please record a video while opening the package (unboxing video)
  • Inspect the product carefully

⚠️ This is mandatory for claims related to:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items

Without proper proof, return requests may not be accepted.


3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Must have proof of purchase (Order ID)

⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or washed products
  • Customized or personalized items

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products
  • For size or preference issues, you may return the product and place a new order

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned product
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 1–2 business days

9. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund

11. Gifts

  • If marked as a gift → you may receive store credit
  • Otherwise → refund goes to original buyer/payment method
