1. Important Note (Unboxing Proof)
When your order is delivered, we strongly recommend:
- Please record a video while opening the package (unboxing video)
- Check the product carefully at the time of delivery
⚠️ This video is required in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item received
- Missing items
Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
- You provide proper photo/video proof (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund will be initiated after inspection of returned product
- It may take 1–2 business days to reflect in your account
5. Return Shipping Charges
- Customers must pay return shipping charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund amount
6. Non-Defective Returns
If the item is not defective and you still want to return it:
- Refund will still be processed (if eligible)
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
7. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos
- We will arrange replacement or refund
8. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Used, washed, or damaged items (by customer) are not eligible
9. Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- We are not responsible if returned items are lost in transit
- Refund will only be processed after successful return delivery
