Note 1:
When the courier boy delivers your order, record a video before opening the package.
When opening the order, clearly show the condition of the product in the video.

If there is any defect, damage, or wrong item in the product — please contact us immediately, so that we can quickly assess the problem and take action to resolve it.

However, if the product received is defective, damaged, or proven to be incorrect, you will be eligible for a return.

As per our 7-day return policy, returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

The refund will be processed once the products you return reach us.
