1.๐Ÿ“ฆ Important Note (Unboxing Proof)

Upon receiving your order, please record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected. The package, shipping label, and product must remain clearly visible throughout the recording.

Please inspect the product immediately after delivery.

โš ๏ธ A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding:

โ€ข Damaged product
โ€ข Wrong item received
โ€ข Missing items

Videos that are unclear, incomplete, edited, interrupted, or recorded after the package has already been opened may not be accepted as valid proof. Without proper video evidence, return, replacement, or refund requests may be declined.


2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
  • You provide proper photo/video proof (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Reason for return

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund will be initiated after inspection of returned product
  • It may take 1โ€“2 business days to reflect in your account

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers must pay return shipping charges
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund amount

6. Non-Defective Returns

If the item is not defective and you still want to return it:

  • Refund will still be processed (if eligible)
  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

7. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos
  • We will arrange replacement or refund

8. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (by customer) are not eligible

9. Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • We are not responsible if returned items are lost in transit
  • Refund will only be processed after successful return delivery
